About Role:  Inceptica is a fast growing recruitment firm based out of Hyderabad, India. Following on our success in India, we are expanding to UK market with an intent to specialise in recruitment for cloud based technologies. As a Head of Operations, we are seeking an entrepreneurial mindset to set up UK business and lead operations. This role requires working in UK business hours between 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM (India hours 2 PM to 10 PM).  Responsibilities:  General Operations:  (a) Acquire and maintain UK resume databases  (b) Manage logistics required by the team (phone, laptop etc)  (c) Manage contracts with clients  Delivery:  (a) Client coordination  (b) Client development  (c) Manage recruiters and ensure delivery is taken care  (d) Regular followups with candidates  (e) Status reports and updates to Inceptica management and clients  (f) Contract renewals with clients  HR:  (a) Put together handbook for UK and India  (b) Manage general HR concerns  (c) Employment contracts for permanent and contract staff  Recruitment:  (a) Building sales team in UK  (b) Building recruitment team in India  Finance:  (a) Invoicing to customers  (b) Invoicing to vendors  (c) Invoicing to contractors  (d) UK and India permanent team payroll  (e) Statutory filings in UK and India  (f) Follows with clients to receive payments  Legal:  (a) Manage legal compliance
