Vrinda Global is hiring for one of the leading, diversified and listed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).

Note : Looking candidates only from BFSI Industry with min 5 years experience in current company.

Job Title: Head of Treasury / Director Treasury.

Location: Mumbai Corporate Office.

Position Overview:

- The Head of Treasury will lead the treasury function, focusing on raising capital through banks and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).

- This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in treasury operations, capital raising, and financial management.

- The Head of Treasury will oversee the development and execution of strategies to optimize liquidity, manage financial risks, and ensure the company's financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:.

Fund Raising:.

- Develop and implement strategies for raising capital through banks and NCDs.

- Negotiate terms and conditions of NCDs and other financial instruments to secure funding.

- Spearheaded the fund-raising efforts with global/domestic Banks.

- Lead the fund-raising initiative of the company to ensure clear visibility of funds/credit limits.

- Represent the company to Institutional Investors, Mutual Funds, Banks, FI, FIIs, Rating Agencies, Debenture Trustees, Registrars, Brokers/intermediaries to ensure adequate credit limits, leading to the development of extensive relationships.

- Liaise with Investors/stakeholders, FI's, PSU & Pvt. Sector Banks who have invested and debt funds in the companies.

- Provide periodic financial information in agreed formats at agreed intervals after review with Chairman/Promoters.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in treasury management, with a strong background in raising capital through banks and NCDs.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- An MBA or relevant professional certifications (e. , CFA, CA) is preferred.
