Job Description:


Role Summary:


- The purpose of this role is to monitor all current and projected cash inflows and outflows of the organization, assist with program development, approve policies and procedures, and develop strategic direction and goals and display knowledge of cash flow forecasting, ability to execute external institutional funding, and compliance with issuance regulatory requirements.

Area of responsibilities:

- To oversee the arrangement of Long Term & Short-Term Borrowing, project finance, etc. as per the requirement of Businesses for the New Co. Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow.

- To monitor the arrangement of non-funded facilities like Bank Guarantee / LCs as per the requirements and Evaluating Short Term and Long-Term exposures in line with Company plan and strategies.


- Determine the company's risk tolerance.

- Ensure appropriate Documentation for borrowing facilities, its variation, etc. and liaise and coordinate with Bankers for utilization of Working Capital & other facilities.

- To oversee Financial Modelling, CMA Projections required for Term Lenders, working capital banks & involved stakeholders.

- To oversee the arrangement of Long Term & Short-Term Borrowing, project finance, etc. as per the requirement of Businesses for the New Co.

- Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvement and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.

- Cross examination of all bank account entries and charges with stipulated rates/charges by the treasury team.

- Support business requirements.

- Enhance internal and external client's satisfaction level.

- Capability & competence building of the treasury team.

- Developing skills of the other financial teams with the domain of treasury and investment.

- Enhance team engagement.

Education: CA or BE/B.Tech /MBA from reputed College or university.
