Position Description:

- Lead strategic direction and execution of treasury operations, specializing in foreign exchange and commodity hedging strategies.

- Develop and implement robust hedging strategies to mitigate foreign exchange and commodity price risks effectively.

- Ensure adherence to FEMA and RBI regulations, guiding the organization through regulatory changes with agility and compliance excellence.

- Oversee accurate and timely regulatory reporting, maintaining transparency and accountability in financial transactions.

- Manage cash positions proactively, ensuring liquidity for operations while optimizing working capital in alignment with strategic objectives.

- Drive initiatives to explore and implement innovative trade funding options, optimizing cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to support treasury operations and strategic initiatives.

- Provide visionary leadership to the treasury team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10 to 12 years of extensive experience in treasury functions.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, adept at effectively interacting with stakeholders, articulating financial strategies, and influencing decision-making.

KRAs and KPIs:

- Metal and mining experience is required, or manufacturing sector experience is mandatory.

- Overall financial experience with hedging, LME (Treasury), and business control exposure, CFO.

Skills and Competencies:

- Expertise in treasury, hedging, foreign exchange, and business control.

- Strong leadership and strategic thinking.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
