Liquidity, Interest Rate and Market risk Management :

- Ensuring adequate liquidity is maintained at all points of time

- Ensuring diversification of Lender categories, Institutions within a category and lending instruments

- Efficient Asset-Liability Management

- Efficient Interest Rate Risk Management

Investor Relationships including Rating Agencies :

- Ensuring existing and potential Investors and rating agencies to understand the story of the Company and have all their queries answered

- Regular interactions with each investor to ensure there is no gap in understanding the story

Fund Raising - Banking and Debt Capital Markets :

- End-to end ownership of relationships ensuring healthy engagement

- Ensuring diversification of including breadth and depth of each relationship

- Special emphasis of growing relationships with Domestic and International Special purpose Financial Institutions

- Interact to negotiate and close deals

- Ensuring timely renewals of limits and resets of loans

Internal Stakeholder Management :

- Spending time with various departments to understand the Company story

- Regular presentation to the Asset Liability Committee and Senior Management on the various developments

Treasury Team Management :

- Efficient Handling of the Treasury Team - Front Office Fund-raising, Investments, mid-Office and Transactions Team

- Taking ownership of all aspects of treasury including having the right controls

Economic Research :

- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, RBI regulations to enable the Treasury make a more informed decision on funding

- Making most of the opportunities presented by any regulatory announcements. At the same time, ensuring compliance and implementation of anything required by law

Borrowing Management :

- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes

- Handling various queries of Banks, Rating Agencies, auditors and other investors

- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation and other standardized documents
