JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Head of Transport for a school industry overseeing 36 premium schools across India plays a critical and multifaceted role. Their responsibilities extend beyond mere logistics to encompass safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.

Below are the primary roles and responsibilities:

Expansion & Transport Function:

- Enhance and expand the transport business

- Ensure the maximum capacity utilization of the bus fleet.

Cost Optimization:

- Ensure Improved cost optimization across the transport function.

Relationship with Stakeholder:

- Manage relationship with all Stakeholders internal and external and ensure that the best quality of service, compliances, safety, security and on time.

Student Support and service:

- Enhance the customer experience & satisfaction factor of the transport students.

Complete uptime of the fleet:

- Ensure maximum uptime 95% of all vehicles though timely maintenance and ensuring Performance Management System for all owned fleet.

- Accuracy of data and MIS and ensure collection measures for revenue fulfilment:

- Ensure the accuracy of all data and MIS and implement proper collection measures to ensure revenue fulfilment.
