- Create/Develop & Build land transportation business for the group and assume responsibility of P&L by acquiring new clients and expand existing business
- Excels in managing complete Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Management, Primary, Secondary & Territory transportation business/ secondary distribution management.
- Should be able to Manage key customers from Corporate, FMCG /Pharma sectors along with Modern Trade, Govt. Dept,
- Appoint business by channel development, franchise appointment, new customer identification & development, sales & marketing
- Overall cost optimization and strengthen network distribution
- Managing & optimizing assets, driving technology (TMS/ LMF tech parts/ digesting business) and business behavioral changes to achieve transformation plans for the transport division.
- Steering large process changes, continuous improvements, simplification, automation/ digitization and initiatives for achieving efficiency & business results
- Formulated domestic transportation strategy for pan India and managed transport business
- Manage procurement, transport solution, budgeting, RFQ bidding, pricing, review of non-compliance and process violations in the system
- Develop vendors/suppliers, conduct the business reviews and track performance
- Multi-Model Transportation & Logistics Solution designing while ensuring continuous improvement.
- Defining SOPs and implementing the same in operations and improve the efficiency and productivity. Comprehensive experience in managing complete transport division ensuring maximum growth and profitability within the defined guidelines.
- Strategic ability in striking excellent coordination with all involved divisions within the organization including procurement, vendor development, logistics & materials management.
Eligibility:
- Sales revenue with more than 100 cr.
- With good in P&L
- Well versed in land transportation Sales & operations.
