Head - Transformation - Retail Banking - Bank

- Responsible for direction and execution of strategic transformational programs and tactical initiatives to deliver new product capabilities, innovative features and operational efficiencies to Business and Operations Units of the bank.

- Ensuring compliance to governance and risk control mechanisms and metrics across the technology portfolio.

- Strategic decision making expertise in evaluation and implementation of robust and scalable systemic solutions coupled with effective price negotiations.

- Strong functional proficiency across Retail Banking Businesses/Operational processes with proven skills in transforming business requirements into successful real world solutions operating at scale.

Functional Expertise:

- Will be responsible for managing the technology function with clients across corporate, institutional and commercial banking segment and generates significantly higher volume, value and revenue for the bank.

- Responsible for driving Projects / programs and large transformation initiatives.

- Generating high quality within cost budgets to deliver added value to our business and most importantly the clients.

- Will be operating at both strategic and tactical levels, depending on the situation and should have know how and expertise Retail Assets portfolio.

- Will also be responsible for Operations Service Delivery related solutioning as well as Robotic Process Automation.

- The leader will also be expected to have a digital first mindset and possess know how of the technical components that come together to realize the solution.

Key Requirements

- 17+ Years of total experience

- Strong experience in Banking/Fintech Industry

- Good experience in the Retail and Business Banking domain.
