- Leading company-wide transformation program both organizational and special projects from inception to completion that ensure the execution of the strategy and business goals.

- Closely work with the cross-functional departments and develop relationships and originate high-value projects for the company.

- Lead programs using innovative, agile and project management tools and techniques.

- Oversee, direct, and organize the project work within the context of cross-functional project teams supporting initiatives from finance, operations, administration and IT teams both at the regional and local levels.

- Provide regular reports and scorecards on progress being made against initiatives and targeted results for each. Report to executive team, board, sponsors on project status, resource management, and planning for future work.

Must-Have :

- Solid experience and proven track record in professional project management. Strong fin-tech exp is a must.

- Would prefer In-depth knowledge in insurance operation and strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels

- University degree holder, preferably have an advanced degree

- PMP certification will be given preference

- +6 years of experience in managing the implementation of digital product/service which are large, complex and cross-functional digital projects

- Be able to work with and guide a young team of users and project managers.

- Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously

- Outstanding communication / interpersonal skills, including the maturity to engage directly with senior management

- Excellent influencing skills, including the ability to work effectively across a large organization, execute projects and build and manage cross-functional relationships

- Can work in fast-paced environment

- Highly numerate with exceptional attention to details

- Ability to explore all angles and overcome obstacles and challenges to achieve our objectives

- Has a strong sense of ownership and hard work ethic to see things to completion

- Strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to think on your feet, lead teams, and drive toward results.

- Proactive, strong negotiation skills and decision-making ability

- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken

Knowledge :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Knowledge of techniques and tools for process improvement

- Advanced Excel Skills

- Knowledge of the latest developments within technology
