We have mandated by a large global conglomerate is into steel & mining for below mentioned role.
Purpose of the Role:
Drive Transformation Intelligence group by gathering information and intelligence on trends and practices in steel business and make necessary recommendations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare discussion documents for the Board, Sr Leadership.
- Oversee and monitor reports and other relevant documents for management to facilitate decision making.
- Promote the culture of data driven decision making
- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to get inputs on current performance and challenges being faced.
- Overall program performance management and coordination across ICs
- Ensure program framework - pipeline, accruals, reporting etc. are timely executed
- Communicate key indicators to enable roll-up of the company wide performance
- Provide line of sight, exception based transparency to senior executives on the progress of the program of change
- Escalate critical program issues timely
- Engage relevant stakeholders to ensure risks are closed
- Manage and monitor issues, program risk and interdependencies
- Oversee gathered market information/ competition/ performance metrics in steel business and share the same to larger group
- Aid Project Owners in development of rigorous and locked-down project milestones & timelines
- Actively manage teams through process: assist with updates, challenge assumptions, enforce quality
- Ensure transparency & integrity of impacts
- Develop engagement and capability building calendar for Be1.
- Design rewards and recognition framework for Be1.
- Drive organizational initiatives like safety, health etc. in the team.
- Nurture talent and create talent pipeline in the team.
- Liason with Tata Steel across the value chain for knowledge sharing and integration.
Qualification:
MBA in Strategy & Finance/CA
Skills & Experience: 10- 12 years.
