Head - Transformation - Finance Vertical

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Transformation projects and finance performance improvements.

- Finance operating model and translate financial strategy by leveraging change management, transformation, and process design methodology into standardized business process design.

- To develop, co-ordinate and drive the delivery of process analysis, identification of process improvements/impacts of business changes and develop comprehensive process documentation.

- Drive effectiveness and efficiency by means of process knowledge and leadership.

- Champion and deploy the use of appropriate process and continuous improvement methodologies, techniques and tools.

- Work with the finance process owners and Finance Systems Group to assess the finance landscape and provide insight and past experience to provide innovative finance solutions and hypotheses.
