We are looking for a Training Head specifically from travel Background for one the largest International BPO in our country based out of Gurgaon.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating with Training Managers, Customer Leads, Project Managers and other stakeholders and identifying the process improvement opportunities
Provide Training and support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with customer requirements
Ability to lead a team of Managers to drive Training across voice and data processes
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for staff members.
Plan, develop, and provide customized training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Communication collaboration with the Global counterparts. Ensure audit guidelines adherence readiness.
Standardize and deploy key components of Training framework across all processes and sub queue
Drive robust action planning and interventions to meet and exceed client metrics
Strengthen Training processes/framework to improve functional performance
Should have experience in managing Clients at various hierarchy levels to effectively understand and deliver on client expectations
Ability to get out of the box ideas and Process Improvement Initiatives in the training framework
Should ensure Knowledge consistency
Should have influential, collaborative and influencing skills
Strong interpersonal skills to manage client expectations/engagements effectively
Drive culture of continuous improvement
Helping and mentoring Training Managers in maintaining training effectiveness and ensuring organizational benefit
Coordinating with different stakeholders and ensuring effective training delivery
Consulting/ helping client organization in strategy development for training programmers
Training management of high impact organization wide program for IGT and for clients.
Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: At least 12-16 years in managing training function for BPO
- Strong communication & facilitation skills
- Flexible approach to tackling projects
- Drive continuous improvement program across training function
- Undertake detailed training process improvement studies and up skills the training managers
- Experience in International BPO
- Experience in the travel domain preferred
- Flexible to work in any shift
- Knowledge of GDS/CRS (Reservations/Ticketing/Fares) is preferred
