We are looking for the Head of Training and onboarding who will be responsible for the development road map and ensuring the strategic fit of the training solutions.
Job Synopsis :
- Should be able to design training programs focusing on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Ensures participants receive the appropriate company orientation and build relationships with the leadership team.
- Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices
Requirements :
- Proven work experience of 8-12 years as a Training Manager with previous experience in Sales and Business Development (from Edu-Tech, E-Commerce, the start-up would work).
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Flexible to Travel within branch offices for Training operational requirements
- Experience in Handling Domestic & International training requirements
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
