Job Description
1. Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) and electronic learning systems.
2. Ability to plan and deploy training across state. Strong eye for DETAIL
3. High level of interpersonal skills
4. Coaching and leadership skills - should be able to conduct these workshops
5. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
6. Good MS Office Skills
7. Ability to accept and execute against odds / challenges
8. High degree of sales and distribution skills and good exposure to sales environment/ tools/platforms
