- Provide leadership & directions for Training and Recruitment of manpower being inducted into the company.
- Provide overall directions for the functioning of the company to cover important aspects of Training and Administration.
- Plan & formulate strategic objectives and Strategic Initiatives for Security Manpower Recruitment and Training business.
- Plan & formulate AOP provisions in conformity.
- Strengthen recruitment process of Guards and improve manpower sourcing strategy while ensuring economy in the process.
- Explore all Govt. sponsored schemes and skill training such as PMKVY, DDUGKY, Pre-Recruitment training etc.
- Plan specialized and innovative training programs such as outbound training programs, High-level Certificate/Diploma courses, Drivers Training, Fire safety Training etc. at Academy.
- Explore & obtain Accreditation from National & International Training establishments for the conduct of joint or affiliated Training programs.
- Explore & conduct training for External Clients such as RBI, NACEN, PSUs etc. Strengthen Cost Control Mechanism by developing cost-effective model for training as well as recruitment.
- Develop Satellite/Regional Training Centres on a regional basis to reduce the load on Academy
- Ensure Upkeep & Maintenance of the Academy Admin & Training Infrastructure.
- Ensure Capacity utilization & monetization of unutilized land at the Academy premises.
- Ensure T & D of recruitment and training teams. Enhance competency of trainers for new verticals and build up a pool of in-house trainers.
- Ensure economy & saving on all aspects of Training and Administration.
- Strengthen demand & issue process and procurement of uniforms to Academy personnel.
Requirement :
- Required Retd army or police office or paramilitary (Col rank or Brigader or DIG in police)
- Speak the local language (Kanada or Telugu) - preferred
- Background in training is preferred and required
