Head - Training in an OEM Manufacturing Plant in Chennai

- Look into all aspects of Training for a leading OEM player in the Automobile sector, with strong focus on Behavioural Training, Soft- skill and leadership training, development and evaluation combined with excellent communication skills.

- A rather persuasive leadership style so as to be articulate enough to present the training modules and sessions to all kinds of work force across all levels - plant and Corporate, would be preferred. Fluency in the local language (Tamil) would be an added advantage.

This position reports to Head HR and the position is based in Chennai.
