Roles and responsibilities :
- Lead the training team, developing and executing comprehensive training strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Create and implement training programs covering Product, Process, and Policy tailored to various departmental needs and skill levels.
- Review, enhance, and manage training materials in Hindi & English for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to employees.
- Design assessment strategies, evaluate program effectiveness, and suggest improvements.
- Plan and oversee regular communication campaigns for product, process, and policy updates via platforms like WhatsApp and email.
- Monitor and analyze training initiative performance using metrics, offering data-driven enhancements.
- Track and report key training metrics to stakeholders, showcasing training impact on business outcomes.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the training team to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching and growth opportunities to team members.
