Head - Training - Pan India (Hospitality Background)

We have an opportunity with a leading Facility Management Company (700 Crore Turnover) in India for a Head Training opportunity. This position would be primarily based out of Chennai and handling end to end training activities for the Hospitality vertical (5- Star segment). Geographical responsibility is Pan India.

Job Description :

- Looking for a senior level candidate with Facility Management industry or Hotel industry, experience in training and training related operations

- Candidates with transition process experience from IFM/Hospitality background will be preferred

- Candidates will also be responsible for quality assurance process

- Candidates should have worked in a leadership position for at least 5 years (Overall experience of 15+years)

- Candidates from Integrated Facility Management and hospitality background preferred

- Candidates from 5-star hotel will be preferred

- Candidates should be willing to travel across India to conduct training and to manage the team of trainers (Pan India)

- Candidates with exceptional communication skills and strong training
