Key Responsibilities
- Strategizing & Implementing New Training Techniques
- Managing the entire Field level Training Team
- Focus on Creating high-quality training materials efficiently & effectively
- Conceptualizing Training Road Map for the year
- Providing Strategic Inputs on Customizing content based on specific requests from city-level State Heads, DSSMs, GT, or RLFR clients to address localized training needs effectively.
- LMS Tool Full Utilization - Designing self-development modules in small capsules and uploading them into the LMS for easy access and scalability.
- Explore and integrate new AI tools to improve Training content
- Doing Skill-Gap analysis, Individual Learning Plans & Coaching with focus on profitability
Qualification & Skills
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 yrs of Experience in Training Function esp in FMCG, Insurance sectors
- Proven experience in developing training content and managing an LMS.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Canva, etc.).
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic graphic design and video creating & editing skills.
- Self Motivated and problem solving skills
