Job Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be responsible for imparting various trainings for the employees in the sales and advisory desk viz Product, process and Selling skills

- To evaluate the effectiveness of the training imparted and document the same

- Will be responsible for developing the content for various e-learning modules on trading in equities

- To work closely with the sales and the dealing desk in training, coaching and hand holding the employees with an objective of increasing the productivity of the unit

- Be the knowledge centre for the branch thorough impeccable product and process knowledge

- Update self and the team knowledge and skill levels on a continual basis

- Aligning with the business and identifying training needs across the respective department of the company and develop content with respect to the gaps

- Evaluate employee's current level of knowledge and skills by conducting assessments and keeping the line informed

- Develop various training manuals and other educational material

Skills / Expertise :

- Graduate / MBA preferred

- 2.5 to 6 years of experience in broking
