- Setting up of the academy which will cater to the upskilling need of the corporate professionals and students of india.

- To Research & Identify the courses that have the most market demand, can be delivered with great quality, have a market niche and have good potential of returns.

- To Liaison with and establish networks with corporates , university and schools in and around India to be their Education partner.

- To Manage the business account, P&L, operations of this academy end to end.

- To Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners of enterprise business and work collaboratively with the Business unit head to identify business opportunities.

- Responsible for the academic quality, academic materials, designing of academic programs etc

- Designing and Implementing sales/marketing strategy and generate ideas for revenue & margin maximization.
