Head - Training & Development - Startup - IIM/MDI/FMS/ISB

Urgently looking for a Head - Training and development, for a start-up by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad graduates.

Position : Head, Training & Development

Reporting to : COO

Location : Mumbai.

Responsibilities :

- Identify servicemen training requirements based on inputs from product and customer service teams and understanding of training curriculum at other similar organisations

- Develop servicemen training modules and calendar to ensure a superior customer experience across all touch points

- Define mechanisms to check training effectiveness and ensure high degree of retention for the training content (refresher training, reinforcement content etc)

- Deliver initial set of trainings directly to company servicemen and implement methods to scale it to hundreds of servicemen.

Requirements :

- MBA from Tier 1 business school or equivalent qualifications

- 3-4 years of experience in training and development / capability building roles at similar fast paced organization

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure training effectiveness

- Understanding of latest techniques to build people capabilities and change management.

- Highly driven and goal-oriented approach.
