Head of Training - Customer Experience
Location: Mumbai
- We are seeking a highly experienced and polished individual to lead our training team for customer experience in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in the banking industry and possess excellent communication skills.
- As the Head of Training, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 trainers and creating training programs for our contact centre, customer care, and call center teams. You will have a strong understanding of the latest technologies and processes related to customer experience and have the ability to create engaging and informative training content with excellent presentation skills.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing training teams, and have a passion for helping others reach their full potential.
