Position Name - Cafe Head of Training

Location - Powai, Mumbai

Experience Range - 10 -13 years

Salary Range - 15 - 20 LPA

Mandatory Requirement:

1) IHM Graduate, preferably with OCLD/TMTP background

2) Min 5+ years of relevant experience in QSR

Job Role:

You will promote the brand image and culture through the use of targeted training activities by working closely with the brand and operations teams to identify where focus on product knowledge and brand understanding will foster a strong brand identity. You will then assist the HR Management and the Central Training team in coordinating training and development activities, championing training and development within the brand.

Responsibilities:

- Develop content of programs to meet the needs of the brand (digital as well as physical)

- Run on the Job training campaigns for the team enabling them to build a strong understanding around the food and beverage items being prepared and packed.

- Run certification programs for all the team members across levels to ensure the Cafe org is up to date and has a correct understanding for the FNB products being sold.

- Based on market needs, source appropriate training courses and materials suitable for implementation.

- Deliver development training and support the roll out of programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Manage the quality of activities and presentations to ensure high standard of training delivery

- Build the Cafe Training Org hiring strong training professionals across cities who are extremely hands on and can deliver OTJ trainings.

Qualification and Experience:

- Exp 10-13yrs Training Management within a large food and beverage QSR organization with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications

- An IHM graduate, preferably with an OCLD/TMTP background.

- Excellent brand understanding

- Basic training skills
