A Leading Financial Services Group is looking for a dynamic HR Professional to Head the Training Function for their India based Operations.
Key Deliverables:
- Analyze, develop & manage the Training function in India in line with the KPI set for the country
- Liaise with Group Learning & Development team to ensure access to internal Academy on Leadership, Sales and Service, Learning Paths and Curriculums
- Develop the skill sets and productivity of employees by educating them on functional / process trainings, leadership and management development as well as on regulatory requirements surrounding the industry.
- Develop and build in-house faculty base of HR as well as line trainers for internal Academy offerings
- Manage and ensure best utilization of Learning & Development budget set for the calendar year
- Liaise with all Business Heads as well as major Branch Heads to ascertain their employee development needs and design a training calendar for India
- Responsible for the delivery of leadership and management development trainings
- Tie-up with educational institutes and independent network of external trainers. Coordinate with independent trainers to ensure execution of the programs equal to normal international standards
- Set up an employee training dashboard with regular MIS and reports
Person Requirements:
- Full Time 2 year MBA in HR from Institutes like SIBM/MDI/SCMHRD/LIBA/K.J.Somaiya/Sydenham/MHROD/XISS
- Exp - 7-9 years (preferably with a multinational bank or financial institution).
- Qualifications and certifications related to Learning, Training & Development.
