Urgent Job Opening For Trainer Head

Job Description :

- Leading a team of 4 Regional Trainers.

- Candidate will be responsible for imparting various trainings for the employees in the sales and advisory desk viz Product, process and Selling skills in coordination with the training team

- To evaluate the effectiveness of the training imparted and document the same.

- To work closely with the sales and the dealing desk in training, coaching and hand holding the employees with an objective of increasing the productivity of the unit

- Be the knowledge centre for the branch thorough impeccable product and process knowledge.

- Update self and the team knowledge and skill levels on a continual basis

- Aligning with the business and identifying training needs across the respective department of the company and develop content with respect to the gaps

- Evaluate employee's current level of knowledge and skills by conducting assessments and keeping the line informed.

- Develop various training manuals and other educational material.

NOTE : Candidate having experience only in BFSI sector apply (Insurance sector don't apply), Candidate with 19L+ CTC do not apply
