- Develop content and execute training for all newcomers and periodic refresher training to employees on product, process, sales, collections, soft skills etc.
- Arising out of developmental need of employees, keep preparing training modules for such employees to help them ehance their performance
- Observe people on the field and work out competency development
- Keep feeding the team with market information
- Daily/weekly/fortnightly snippets on how to improve negotiations, closure skills, deal with tough customer- s, overcome legal hassles, whistle blower etc
