We are looking for candidates only from Automotive /Retail/Consumer Durables.
- This position will be a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to drive required competencies on the Brand (values delivery) for Product knowledge & Sales engagement.
- It is primarily responsible for ensuring that the sales and service workforce focuses on consumer satisfaction in their engagement and service delivery respectively. Delivery of engagement to be in consonance with the brand values.
The candidate will play an important role to ensure that all new hires and current workforce :
- Attain key KPIs in their delivery of Brand, heritage and Product USPs.
- Are able to engage and involve basis the consumer decision tree process
- Are able to deliver a superb product demonstration which engages and involves the consumer.
- The candidate will, in addition, work with the technical service team to build similar soft skill competencies within the technical workforce to help them engage and involve the consumer at the workshop.
