Head - Trade Sales - Cement Industry

We are looking for a Trade Sales Head profile for a manufacturing firm. The candidate must be from cement industry.

Responsibilities -

- Managing & Defining Channel Marketing Strategy, including Business development in accordance with overall business goals and objectives for assigned state.

- Engaging new dealer & distributor and simultaneously reviewing existing dealer & distributor as per business plan.

- Nurturing the team towards accomplishment of goals. Team management by CRM application & generating complete MIS.

- Developing Relationship with Key customers, Group of Influencers & engineer's , mason's etc.

- Organize the sales as per business need.

Minimum experience- 13+ yrs

Industry- Only Grey Cement ( White Cement & putty will not do)
