Head Of Operations (International Markets)

Location: Mumbai (Western Suburbs) 

Qualification: MBA - Finance 

CTC: @par 25 lacs p.a (Above Par & Negotiable with Experience )

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and Manage the International Operations

- Interface with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.

- Implement the global company's operations and service delivery framework

- Build operations team to ensure business targets

- Manage and provide support and guidance to all clients

- Ensure compliance across all teams

- Deliver regular reporting on Operational efficiency and performance.

- Build and Maintain strong relationship all key stakeholders

- Assist team in resolving trade discrepancies caused from trade failures, breaks, etc.

Skills:

- Good interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, Leadership skills

- Excellent problem solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues

- Proven 6+ years of experience in setting up and managing operations in Financial Domain. International experience is an advantage.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- High level of responsibility and self-motivation
