Head - Trade Operations - GTS Operations

Trade Operations in GTS Operations is one of the largest Trade Processing Center across the globe and spread across multiple locations within India. This role involves leading the large team (currently 500+) and ensure that the Team achieves the required delivery timelines with quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing sensitive stakeholder relationship, and collaborate with on shore senior management and Global Product teams.

- Lead a team of approx 500+ FTE across 3 sites.

- Managing a cost budget of approx GBP 3 Mio pa (Rs 20 crores).

- Processing of Global Trade transactions

- Handling Trade Operations for 25+ countries hubbed into GOI.

- Proactively manage and control the risks (attrition, business continuity, audit, operational and compliance related) associated with running a significantly large operation - working 24 x 7
