Our client is a leading FMCG multinational with global presence, looking to hire the Head of Trade Marketing based in Dubai managing the MENA region.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and exploring new areas of opportunity for Brand penetration and growth.
- Ideation and Initiation of various activation plans to generate tertiary sales (Consumer Pull) at all channels.
- Preparation of activation calendar and implementation of the same and planning of event calendar in lines with the brand.
- Support to sales team to generate secondary sales through trade schemes Customer Push).
- Control and effective utilization of the budget with proper phasing and evaluating opportunity costs.
- Develop and execute effective strategies based on global success models and on understanding of customers, categories and consumers with the objective of maximizing profitability.
- Develop short and long term category strategies based on a thorough understanding of market conditions and trends
- Build analysis and work with sales and customer marketing to develop/agree clear, specific plans for corrective action.
- Champion new product market entry and execution. Includes development of sales presentation/ materials and tracking/analysing 4Ps in-market implementation.
- Development of trade spend guidelines, performs top-line allocations and reviews and authorizes planned field trade spend.
Must Have:
- You must have 8+ years of strong FMCG trade Marketing experience
- Must be from reputed B-schools
- Must be ready to relocate to Dubai.
