Head of Trade Marketing - FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Develop CCP programs in coordination with brand team and execute the same though the regional Trade marketing and sales team.
- Manage brand strategy and positioning to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for performance and career development.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Leading Trade marketing team including activities of taking care of trade scheme, visibility and wholesale & retail engagement programme including loyalty programme
- Manage coverage plans by working out along with RSMs/ ASM and review periodically the progress of work Information Technology & Mobility Solutions
- Design and execute trade schemes for wholesalers/retailers at regional level & review the business growth & ROI impact.
- Manage the entire cycle from planning to executing - Trade promotion schemes and Key outlet schemes .
- Monitor and analyse performance of the various schemes continually, in order to increase width and depth of Distribution
Qualifications:
- MBA from a good institute Min 12 years of experience in marketing from FMCG
