- To help in strengthening by developing new benchmarks for measuring effectiveness of Field Marketing Activities
- Develop a robust system of capturing and tracking Field Marketing expenses.
- Coordinate and follow up with the divisions on implementation of new filed Marketing initiatives
- Sharing of best practices amongst divisions
Analyze research data, industry trends, competition data and use it to formulate sales and category strategy
- Design, implement and monitor trade marketing strategies and manage promotions/ trade schemes
- Responsible for demand forecasting, new product launch, channel wise strategy, productivity and sales force and distributor incentive programs
Candidate Profile :
- Incumbent must be a MBA in Marketing from a premier institute with 10 + years of relevant experience in Sales & Field / Trade Marketing.
