Job Description
Key responsibilities of the role are:
- Support in Development of a high impact trade marketing plan to achieve defined business objectives across existing & new product launches
- Formulate promotions and engagement activities in line with budget & brand guidelines
- Ensure effective execution of engagement plans across channels to drive sales
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all investments and initiatives, ensuring growth and high ROI
- Enable field sales team and channel partners to execute programs to deliver superior outputs
- Actively seek feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve effectiveness and impact of activities
- Regular analysis of latest market and competition trends to develop the best-in-class strategies
Key attributes:
- Post-graduation with specialization in sales/marketing
- 10-15 years of work experience in consumer goods industry
- Experience in Trade Marketing, GTM/RTM strategy is a must- Some exposure to Bangalore / South of India is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and good at stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel and work with TT & MT teams across India
- Should be able to work in all budget scenario's
- Should have high operational acumen
- Team handling ability
