Job Purpose
Lead the trade marketing effort for the consumer products division to achieve higher sales.
Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities
1. To act as the bridge between sales and marketing :
Feedback across both the function on Price, Promotion and competition. Suggest appropriate actions.
2. To conduct BTL activities as per the calendar within the given resources :
Detailed planning of activity. Setting up SOP for the same. Monitoring and review the outcome.
3. To ensure the market competitive designing and effective implementation of retailer bonding program :
- To plan and design a competitively superior retailer bonding program.
- Review meeting with team on Retailer bonding programme on a monthly basis
4. To facilitate training module development, prepare calendar for training & ensure implementation (channel qualitative parameters, process, product)
- To identify the gap areas towards functional requirements for frontline and ensure training as per the requirement and prepare a training calendar.
5. To ensure the effectiveness of ISD and LAS :
- Prepare a detailed SOP.
- Monitor and review the performance of ISD and LAS.
6. To ensure timely supplies and effective execution of sales tools like POS, Catalogue, price list etc :
- To ascertain the requirement of sales tools from the field. To work alongside marketing for designing and executing the kits.

- Take proactive measures to prevent attrition and also to keep team morale high.
Person Specifications :
- Essential Qualification: Any graduate
- Desired Qualification: MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Management
- Experience: 15 to 20 years of B2C channels sales experience
- Industry Preference: FMCD /FMCG/ Consumer Durables
