Job Description - Trade Marketing Head for tobacco/alcobev

Client Details :

Our client is one of the leading global companies with a strong international footprint in over 180 countries. They are looking for a Trade Marketing Head who can develop and deliver relevant brand strategies for their portfolio and help grow them in the Indian market.

Description :

The chosen candidate would report to the Marketing Head and be responsible for the following:

- Work closely with the brand and sales team to develop and execute innovative and far-reaching activations

- Develop and distribute relevant POSM for the cluster of brands and work towards increasing brand visibility and enhancing brand imagery

- Create trackers to evaluate and understand the effectiveness of the activations across the country

- Create strategies for trade partners and ensure stock presence across the width and depth of the portfolio

- Handle and develop market promotion and trade budgets

- Classify and evaluate brand initiatives and share them with the relevant stakeholders for analysis and further development

Profile :

The successful applicant should be a graduate/PostGraduate from a premier b-school (2007/2008/2009 Batches), having at least 10 years of extensive experience in sales and trade marketing in the FMCG space and an overall understanding of the different segments and channels in India. He/she should have an analytic approach towards understanding and solving problems and have proven experience in driving and leveraging people skills and motivations.
