Head - Township/Town Planner

Job Description:

- To plan, provide, maintain & monitor the quality of life & living including Commercial facilities, Amenities, Common infra, Community building and Recreation facilities, of all the residents/employees for township to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.

- To provide best-in-class Township facilities & accommodation to the employees and maintain high quality of the same through continuous checks and feedback from the residents.

- To ensure the Contracts for different services is given to the right vendor partners for achieving cost effectiveness without compromising on the quality of service provided.

- To plan and finalize the projects and initiatives in accordance with the Annual allocated budget and policy for ensuring better coordination and understanding with other departments.

- To organize different events and cultural extravaganza in coordination with other teams for the residents of the township in an efficient manner.

- To ensure the proper waste disposal facilities is provided and waste management is done with the help of Waste Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment Plant.

- To ensure proper sign postings of speed limit and direction is provided for Road Discipline and Safety.

- To provide timely training and awareness sessions for the team members & vendor partners for their development and skill enhancement

- Preference will be given to female candidates.
