Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards and Performance Management Specialist to join our client, a Global Ship Management MNC. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the entire total rewards framework for the organization, restructuring salary and tax efficiency, and establishing a new performance management system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global compensation and benefits structures, taxation laws, and performance management methodologies, along with a strategic mindset to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Total Rewards Framework:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and industry standards.
- Analyze market trends and conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Restructure salary components and benefits packages to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Tax Efficiency:
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to optimize tax efficiency in compensation structures.
- Stay updated on global tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities for the organization and employees.
Performance Management System:
- Design and implement a new performance management system that aligns with the organization's goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop clear performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and competency frameworks for different roles within the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on the new performance management processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather and analyze data related to compensation, benefits, and performance metrics.
- Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making processes within the HR and leadership teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, legal, and business leaders to align total rewards and performance management initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to senior management regarding compensation and benefits strategies.
Profile:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Total Rewards for shipping/logistics/Manufacturing/Ship Management organisations
- Master's in HR from a reputed college will be preferred
- Experience in setting up total rewards framework from the scratch will be highly favoured
- Experience is ideating perfromance managent process would be a huge plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change initiatives related to total rewards and performance management.
