Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the competitiveness of the company's pay structure.
- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement effective performance management programs.
- Integrate performance metrics into the overall total rewards strategy.
- Establish and maintain a job evaluation system to ensure internal equity.
- Grade jobs based on responsibilities, skills, and market benchmarks.
- Design and manage incentive and bonus programs to drive performance and reward top talent.
- Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Develop and oversee employee recognition programs to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Implement programs that acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.
- Implement initiatives that support employee well-being, such as wellness programs and work-life balance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, costs, and other relevant metrics.
