Position: Head-Total Rewards (Large Manufacturing Group)
Role:
- This role will head the Total Rewards COE for the Group
- Lead the planning and set up processes and strategies for the design, implementation and administration of the Company's Compensation Programs across Group Companies, including compensation, variable pay, incentives, benefits and executive compensation across functions
- Align the total rewards strategy with business goals, ensuring a competitive market positioning for the various businesses of the Group, attracting and retaining talent, while ensuring fair and equitable practices and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Transform and Streamline programs, processes and practices
- Conduct Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking studies at the Group Lecel and obtain market inputs for adjustments across the Company's various businesses
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of the Rewards Programs and make regular changes based on market trends. Regularly monitor market trends regarding the same
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors
- Conduct regular HR analytics in order to have proper data for Compensation Revisions, Promotions, etc.
Requirements:
- MBA (HR)
- 15+ yrs of overall experience in HR with extensive experience in the Compensation & Benefits space
- Should have experience at a leadership level in the Total Rewards COE, ideally of a Company/ Group with multiple businesses
- Prior experience in designing formulating and implementing C&B Policies, Practices and Programs
- Extensive experience in salary benchmarking surveys, compensation reviews and management of benefits
- Should be good with First Principles thinking for Design of policies and Programs. Should be able to bring new ideas to evolve the Total Rewards COE to meet the objectives of the businesses
- Should have an appetite for policy, program & process design
- Good stakeholder management skills and experience
- Should possess strong numerical ability and deep analytical skills and understanding of market trends
- Should be abrest of best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements
Location: Mumbai/ Chennai
