- Work with the Chief People Officer, and other senior leaders across the business, to develop and refine the Company's Total Rewards philosophy;
- Using external data where available, create salary ranges across the business to constantly review market competitiveness and internal equity;
- Management of the design, development and administration of variable pay across the business, including sales incentive plans and the Company's annual bonus plan
- Design, implement and manage competitive benefits programs globally, working with external vendors and internal in-country People team members;
- In partnership with the Business Partnering team, review organizational structure to create comprehensive job architecture framework to create career pathways and engender internal mobility across departments;
- Manage the annual salary review processes with the People Operations team in a timely and efficient manner, seeking to implement continuous process improvement.
- Create a framework to promote employee wellbeing and ESG activities
