Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and benchmark compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and implement effective total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness offerings, ensuring they meet employee needs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to maintain updated compensation structures.
- Support the performance management process by developing and refining recognition and reward programs that promote employee engagement and motivation.
- Prepare and present reports on total rewards metrics and trends to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to total rewards programs, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience post MBA (XLRI/TISS/SCHMRD only) with a top 100 company in India or conglomorate
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence decision-making.
