Hiring for Head - Rewards role with one of the growth stage startup.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Reward Philosophy
- Collaborate with leadership to create a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company- s goals and culture.
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and competitors.
- Establish a clear and compelling employee value proposition that attracts and retains top talent.
- Execute Total Rewards Programs
- Oversee the implementation of all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
- Manage variable pay structures, equity programs, and other incentive plans to drive performance and engagement.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing programs based on employee feedback and business needs.
Compliance and Governance:
- Ensure compliance with all local and labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal requirements affecting total rewards.
- Partner with legal and finance teams to ensure fiscal responsibility and proper governance of rewards programs.
Experience & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDBM from reputed college, or a related field; Master- s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CBP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR, with significant experience in total rewards, people analytics, and HR systems.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing total rewards strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
