Head - Tools & IT Application Management

This role is charged with end-to-end accountability for all the applications and tools

Will be involved in :

- Setting up and managing a process that maintains an Inventory of all tools and applications.

- Ensure all existing application and tools are being utilized to the full extent of entitlement, both in terms of features available, and in terms of usage

- Identify white spaces in the organizations application and tools landscape and shepherd plans to fill these with best of breed solutions

- Define current and to-be state architectures for the applications and tools ecosystem

- Ensure version currency of applications and tools, and manage and execute upgrades where required

- Ensure availability of all applications and tools

- Ensure resiliency of all application and tools including DR adequacy, code quality, vulnerability remediation and performance

- Manage the demand pipeline for changes and enhancements to existing applications and tools

- Identify, propose, secure approvals, initiate and execute new projects to introduce additional tools or applications
