Key Responsibility :
To drive Third Party Product sales for Insurance products
A. Position Responsibilities
1 Drive Insurance premiums across channels
2 Drive SP licensing across branches
3 Strategy formulation and implementation along with various branches and segments
4 Work with teams so that all channels deliver desired productivity
5 Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes and guidelines
6 Work closely with Operations & Business Solution Group for seamless implementation and delivery
7 Designing & delivery of Training
B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications : MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Financial discipline plus IRDA certification
Experience : Essential 12 years + with extensive exposure to handling Insurance Products
C. Skills Required
Strong technical and fundamental understanding of Life & General Insurance
Ability to manage and motivate various channels to contribute and over achieve targets
Strategize / plan focus areas for the months /quarter given market circumstances
Revenue focus and orientation
In-depth understanding of Insurance process & compliance
Strong Interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team
