Head - Third Party Logistics - Warehousing Business

- Person is managing multiple SKUs in warehouse where all aggregated products are inwarded and out warded.

- Daily follow up for outbound orders pickup with 3PL partners

- Managed projects of running 3PL sites during BBD Monthly review with 3PL partners on operation performance and breach metrics Billing validation and on time approval in portal for timely payout to 3PL partners

- Responsible for 3PL - Key Accounts, Customer Retention, Operations and implementation for warehousing and transportation

- Looking after multiple big size Fulfilment Centre's SCM/Logistics (First, Middle & Last Mile) Operations {Inbound (QC, GRN, Put away), Outbound (Picking, Packing, Invoicing, Dispatch, Delivery) and Inventory (Audits, Stock accuracy)} management.

- Vendor/Supplier /3PL Management: Forging strategic partnerships with Suppliers/Vendors /3PL Service Providers for cost-effective purchase of required logistics services/ RM/ PM / SKUs and monitoring their performance based on quality, cost, lead time & delivery norms
