Looking for Head Testing.

Responsible for: Has overall responsibility for leading the Testing Team

Liaises with: Senior management stakeholders and divisional IT Directors, IT Business Partners and third party suppliers

Work Level: DGM

Salary range: 30-32 Lacs

Location: Gurgaon

Background: Following a restructure of application development and project management resources, a global Innovation and Delivery function has been created. Within this a Testing Service is being created which will deliver through a blend of internal and external resources.

Main Purpose of role:

Responsibility for the design and delivery of Application, and related, testing activities. Agree testing policies and standards for all phases of the testing cycle and monitor compliance.

Ensure that the team has the necessary technical processes, environments and technologies, organization structure and people skills (including 3P), and governance and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders up to date with performance.

To promptly identify risks and issues in a timely manner and provide proposals for mitigation and corrective actions as required.

Person would be heading a team of 25-40 testers. Will be managing complete testing portfolio as TCOE.
