Head - Testing - Insurance & F&A Vertical

Testing Operations & Testing Solution Design :

- Drive the Application Testing Operations within the entire organisation.

- Help define Organisation test goals and test strategy, evaluate and align with larger IS strategy

- Define, develop & managing global & regional partners and responsible for their strategic use for best interest of the organization.

- Effective status reporting and interaction with senior management

- Managing end-to-end testing of large projects spanning across multiple geographies.

- Managing Cost of Quality (CoQ)

- Managing internal & external test teams across locations, with sole internal accountability.

- Build, coach and manage pools of testing resources, like test analysts, test architects, consultants.

Service Responsibilities :

- Build capability of the Application Testing team to provide test execution and test consulting services.

- Safeguard & deploy best practices and standards on all test projects, including test tools and reporting.

- Implement proactive relationship management with key individuals and project stakeholders who are involved in testing, dealing with complex matrix - organization at the Line of Business, Global and Regional levels.

- Drive change with stakeholders to implement Testing standards and best practices.

- Build capability within the Application Testing team to be able to provide end to end test solutions to projects.

- Proactively identify new services lines/project where the application testing services can ass value

- Provide career paths and opportunities to retain talent within the Application Testing services.

- Global & Regional Management Team members

- Business Services & Project Managers

- Regional Support Teams viz. HR, Finance, Procurement etc.

- Human Resources

- Support Teams within and Outside the Center
