Head - Testing Department - Aerospace

Job Description:

- Good understanding of the domestic market in testing and qualifying.

- Preference for candidates having exposure to dealing with aerospace and defence companies

- Good communication and presentation skills, and a good team player.

- Should have led a team of at least 10 engineers and 20 technicians.

- Technical expertise and people management skills are the most critical.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients

- Meet with customers and engineers.

- Assess product needs and determine system requirements.

- Offer sales support.

- Confer with technical teams to understand client requirements.

- Secure and renew product orders; arrange delivery.

- Recommend product upgrades to customers.

- Explain to customers how improvements will reduce costs or increase production.

- Set up and measure KPIs.

- Regularly review sales process improvements.

- Assist in researching and developing new products.

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be B.Tech Mechanical/MBA having 20 years of experience with expertise in testing and qualifying products for Aerospace Customers.

- Desirable: Good personal rapport in DRDO/BDL/BEL/HAL
